Do you ship worldwide? 

Yes, Made in Hmong offers worldwide shipping!

How can I contact Made in Hmong?

For assistance, please feel free to email us at  Contact.MadeinHmong@gmail.com. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you with any inquiries or needs you may have.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. 

To change your order please contact us through our email Contact.MadeinHmong@gmail.com. 

How long will it take my item to arrive?

Orders will be shipped after the order is processed. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Shipping can take 5- 7 business days. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. 

Does Made in Hmong offer returns?

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns at this time. All sales are final.

Can customization be added to an order?

As of right now we do not have customization on our pieces for individual orders. We do offer customization on products if you are ordering 5+ products for teams, companies, and groups (additional charges may vary, for inquiries, email Contact.MadeinHmong@gmail.com

How do I become a model for Made in Hmong?

Made in Hmong is always accepting new models. We do require all models to be active on social media, follower count does not matter but your profile must be public. Application to apply to become a model will be reviewed monthly and we will message you via Instagram @Madein.Hmong

To apply, please have an active social media presence with a public profile, follower count is not required. Applications are reviewed monthly, and selected photographers will be contacted via Instagram at @Madein.Hmong.
